What It Is

A 9.25-inch (23.5 cm) four-panel solar garden lantern, personalized with your pet's photo. The front panel carries your pet's portrait rendered in a Tiffany-inspired art-glass style; a second panel holds your pet's name, a paw print, and a short line you choose; the remaining panels carry coordinating flowers. The panels are framed in metal with a brushed antique bronze finish, with a half-round carry handle and a round solar disc on top. At dusk the built-in light makes all four panels glow from within, like a small stained glass window standing in your garden.

Shipping is free to the US — the price you see is the price you pay. Because each lantern is made to your photo, it ships direct from our workshop: we make it within 1–3 business days, then tracked delivery takes 6–12 business days, so most orders arrive in about 2 to 2.5 weeks. Ordering for Christmas? Please place custom orders by December 3 to arrive in time. For a memorial date or a birthday, allow 3 weeks to be safe. Each lantern ships in protective foam packaging, and damage in transit is replaced free.

What kind of photo should I upload?

One clear, well-lit photo of your pet's face works best — looking toward the camera, in focus, not too dark. A phone photo is fine. Avoid heavy filters or blurry, far-away shots. If your photo will not work well, we reach out before printing rather than guessing.

Can it stay outside in the rain?

Yes. The lantern is rated IP65, which means it is protected against rain, sprinklers, and dust, with a small drain hole in the base. It is built to live outdoors, though a sheltered spot during hail or a hard freeze will extend the life of any garden light.

Does it really turn on by itself?

Yes. The round solar disc on top charges the built-in battery during the day, and the lantern switches on at dusk and off in daylight on its own — no switch, no cord. For the strongest glow, place it where the top gets several hours of direct sun.

Can I put two pets on it?

Yes. Choose the two-pet option and upload a photo of each, or one photo with both pets together. The two portraits are arranged on the front panel, with both names on the name panel. The preview shows you exactly how they are placed before you order.

When will it arrive, and what is the Christmas cutoff?

Most US orders arrive in about 2 to 2.5 weeks with free US shipping: we make your lantern within 1–3 business days and tracked delivery takes 6–12 business days. For Christmas delivery, please order by December 3. For a memorial date or birthday, order at least 3 weeks ahead to be safe.

Can I ship it directly to someone as a gift?

Yes — enter their address at checkout and we send it straight to them in protective foam packaging. Many customers send one to a friend who has lost a pet, in place of flowers; unlike a bouquet, it returns every evening at dusk.

What if it arrives damaged?

We replace it free. If the lantern arrives cracked or the light will not come on, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we ship a replacement at no charge — no need to return the damaged one. Because each is personalized, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, but any quality or shipping problem is on us.
