Shipping and delivery estimates

Shipping cost

Shipping is free to every country available at checkout, with no order minimum. There are no import duties or taxes to pay on delivery in the U.S., Canada, Australia, or the EU; in other countries, duties or taxes charged by the destination country are not included.

Production and delivery

Made-to-order pieces usually spend 2 to 3 days in the studio. For U.S. addresses, estimated arrival is about 1.5–2.5 weeks. This is an estimate rather than a promise of a specific day. International transit varies by country, so we do not publish a delivery-date estimate for those orders.

Tracking

We email the tracking number when the parcel ships. If tracking stops moving, reply to that email or use our contact page.
