Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Sunlitblessings. Because most of our products are personalized and made just for you, please review this policy so you know what to expect after placing your order. Your total delivery time is made up of two parts: Production Time + Shipping Time.

1. Order Processing & Production Time

Production begins only after your payment has been accepted. Because the majority of our items are made-to-order and personalized, please allow time for us to carefully craft your product before it ships. Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays. Production time is separate from shipping time and is not included in the delivery estimates below.

2. Shipping Time (After Dispatch)

Once your order is produced and shipped, estimated delivery times by destination are as follows:

United Kingdom 4 – 6 business days
Canada 5 – 7 business days
France, Germany 5 – 7 business days
Spain, Switzerland, Netherlands, Australia, Ireland 6 – 8 business days
Italy & Other Destinations 7 – 9 business days

Delivery time begins after your order has shipped and a tracking number has been issued. The majority of our packages arrive within the estimated window, but timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. Expedited Shipping (U.S. Domestic Only)

For select products (such as mugs and apparel like T-shirts and hoodies), faster shipping options may be available within the United States after production:

  • Express Shipping: 3 – 5 business days after production.
  • 2-Day Shipping: 2 business days after production.

Please note: expedited options cannot be shipped to PO Boxes, and certain personalization or modifications may extend production by 1 – 2 business days.

4. Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched. If your order contains multiple items or different product types, they may be produced and shipped separately, which can generate more than one tracking number. For international orders, your package may be handed over to a local carrier upon arrival in your country.

5. Shipping Carriers

Depending on your destination and the shipping method selected, we partner with trusted carriers including USPS, DHL, EMS, FedEx, UPS, and local postal services.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are determined by the customs office of your destination country and are not included in our product prices or shipping charges. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs clearance is handled by local authorities and cannot be expedited by us.

7. Accurate Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout, including apartment, building, or unit numbers and the full ZIP/postal code (including extended digits for PO Boxes where applicable). We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer.

8. Possible Delays

While we work hard to deliver on time, delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • International customs procedures
  • High order volume during peak seasons and holidays

9. Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please:

  1. Check your mailbox, porch, reception area, or other safe delivery spots.
  2. Ask household members or neighbors if they accepted it on your behalf.
  3. Allow up to 48 hours, as packages are sometimes marked delivered slightly early.
