At Sunlitblessings, your satisfaction is our top priority. Because the vast majority of our products are made-to-order and personalized just for you, please read this policy carefully before placing an order. If anything is wrong with your order, we're here to make it right.

1. Our 30-Day Guarantee

We offer a 30-day refund or replacement from the date your order is delivered (per the invoice/tracking date). If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

2. What's Covered

You are eligible for a refund or replacement if your order falls into any of the following cases:

  • The product arrived faulty, damaged, defective, or unusable.
  • You received the wrong item (incorrect size, color, design, or personalization compared to your order details).
  • An item is missing from your order.
  • The product is significantly different from its description on our website.

3. What's Not Covered

To keep prices fair for everyone, refunds or replacements may not be granted in these situations:

  • The request is made more than 30 days after delivery.
  • You changed your mind or no longer want the item (buyer's remorse).
  • The damage was caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper care after delivery.
  • You provided an incorrect shipping address or wrong personalization details (e.g., misspelled name, wrong date, wrong photo) at checkout.
  • You are requesting alterations or modifications to a completed custom order.

Please double-check all spelling, dates, photos, and shipping information before completing your purchase, as personalized items are produced exactly as submitted.

4. No Need to Return — In Most Cases

For most eligible issues, you do not need to ship the item back to us. Simply send us a few clear photos and a short description of the problem, and we'll process your replacement or refund. This saves you time and shipping hassle.

In the rare cases where a return is required, our team will provide you with the correct return instructions and address by email.

5. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

We've made the process simple — no forms to fill out. Just email us directly:

  1. Send an email to support@sunlitblessings.com.
  2. Include your order number and the email or name used on the order.
  3. Describe the issue clearly and attach photos showing the problem (and the shipping label/packaging if relevant).

Our support team will review your request and reply with a resolution as quickly as possible, usually within 1–2 business days.

6. Exchanges

If you need a different size or design for a custom product (and the issue was not caused by an error on our side), an exchange may be arranged. Please note that for these exchanges, customers are responsible for the resend/reproduction fee, which varies depending on the product(s) ordered. 7. Refund Processing Times

Once your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method:

  • PayPal: typically within 3–5 business days.
  • Credit/Debit Card: up to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account is determined by your payment provider and is outside of our control.

Our quality guarantee is applicable once per order. We stand behind the craftsmanship of our products and will always do our best to resolve any genuine quality issue.
